Adoption
Life Services’ Client Advocates present accurate and current information about adoption to our pregnant clients. We explain their choices of open or closed adoptions. When a birth mom decides to explore adoption as a life-giving alternative for her baby, a Client Advocate with specialized adoption training will arrange for ongoing meetings to assist with her adoption experience.
At the appropriate time during her pregnancy, a birth mom pursuing adoption will be given a list of adoption agencies and attorneys that have been pre-screened by Life Services so she can choose someone to work with. The selected adoption agency or attorney represents families wishing to adopt and provides family profiles to our clients.
Life Services is not an adoption agency and does not facilitate adoptions for families who desire to adopt a child. We do not share or keep profiles from adoptive families on file for review by birth moms.
